While we understand that personal things happen and adjustments may be necessary, canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled, start time is difficult to replace and negatively affects your service providers' income. On your second cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within a 24 hour period, you may be charged up to 100% of the total service cost and be required to put an active credit card on file before booking any future services.
