 Grace is a talented stylist at The Village Spa who has been part of our team for several years, steadily building a loyal clientele and earning glowing reviews along the way. A graduate of Aveda Fredric’s Institute, she earned her license and spent the following years assisting our experienced stylists, learning advanced techniques and refining her craft. Grace specializes in hair styling — from curls and sleek straightening to special occasion looks — and brings a warm, welcoming energy to every appointment. She loves meeting new people and is excited to continue growing her career behind the chair.

 Erin is an Advanced Cosmetologist and 2016 graduate of Aveda Fredric’s Institute, known for her bold creativity and energetic, outgoing presence behind the chair. She specializes in vivid fashion colors, dimensional highlights, and transformative looks that help guests express their individuality. Whether you’re craving a fresh cut or a dramatic color shift, Erin brings enthusiasm, artistry, and genuine excitement to every appointment. Outside the salon, she loves spending time with her family, exploring arts and crafts, and tackling DIY projects around the house.

Hair Designer

Hayley graduated from Aveda Fredric's Institute in September of 2022. She has been actively searching to find her first stepping stone in the cosmetology industry and is honored to join The Village Spa! With all the ample opportunities and seasoned staff that our little Village has to offer, Hayley hopes to continue honing her skills and building a diverse clientele.  Her specialties include, men's cuts/styling and executing ombre/balayage techniques.

  Ashlee is a licensed nail technician with years of dedicated experience in modern nail artistry. She specializes in gel, Gel‑X, dip enhancements, and natural nail care, delivering meticulous work with a focus on long‑lasting, healthy results. Known for her commitment to continued education, Ashlee is always refining her craft and mastering new techniques, and whether you prefer bold, expressive designs or a clean, timeless finish, she brings exceptional skill and vision to every appointment.

Alicia has been a Hair Stylist since 2003 and joined The Village Spa in 2019. She is deeplyu passionate about the Aveda brand and its mission of sustainability, values that shape every guest experience she creates. Specializing in hair color, Alicia has spent the last 12 years as a Salon Color Coach, sharing her expertise and elevating the craft.

 Meet Alexis, the newest artist to join our Village! With two years of experience and a recent graduation from nail school, she brings a fresh, detail‑driven approach to Gel‑X, builder gel, and clean, creative nail art. Her sets have that understated, effortless “wow” that our clients will love.

In her first few weeks, Alexis stepped in for another provider’s clients, and those guests left genuinely thrilled with their results. It’s the kind of moment that shows exactly who she is: calm under pressure, precise in her work, and naturally gifted.

She’s new to the team — but definitely not new to delivering beautiful work. And something tells us she’s only getting started.

As the owner of The Village Spa since 2006, Jan has truly enjoyed watching her team grow both personally and professionally. They have all excelled at providing their guests with the best service possible.

A hair designer herself for over thirty-five years, Jan has kept her passion for her job unwavering. Being in tune with her guest’s wishes is her forte. Many consider her not just their hair designer, but also a caring friend. Jan’s guests always leave looking their best and smiling because they received the special attention they deserve.

Master Hair Designer

Kim joined the team at The Village Spa in 2019. She has studied with Van Council, Daniel Holzberger, and the founder of Aveda, Horst Rechelbache. She also attended extensive hands-on classes at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, Vidal Sassoon in South Beach, and Graham Webb in New York city.

Many of Kim’s guests have been with her for years, and they will tell you that she listens to their concerns and gives them the perfect style that makes them feel and look great.

Since 2013, Dustin has graced the salon industry with a level of expertise and refinement that most professionals spend entire careers aspiring to achieve. Upon joining The Village Spa in 2018, he immediately elevated the establishment’s operational standards, infusing it with a sophistication and structural integrity previously thought unattainable.

Among his innumerable competencies:

• Engineering, installing, and maintaining the spa’s entire technical infrastructure with the ease of someone casually rearranging furniture
• Educating staff on new developments and opportunities, functioning as both mentor and oracle
• Curating marketing strategies with the strategic acuity of a seasoned tactician
• Designing communication systems and operational processes so efficient they could be studied in business schools
• Managing staff inquiries with the patience of a saint and the intellect of a scholar
• Effortlessly resolving any unforeseen crisis that dares to emerge

With extensive professional waxing experience, she was known for creating a smooth, efficient, and comfort‑focused experience. Daniela also became certified in Permanent Brows, with the help of The Village Spa's generous education program.  Specializing in Nano and Powder Brows that enhance natural beauty with precision. With her personal spa room perfectly updated, our staff ready and willing to support her goals, and her unbreakable attitude Daniela has utilized her skills to provide our guests with cutting edge services and superiror results. The Village Spa wishes her well on her next chapter and will always be grateful for the opportunity to fund her passion.
